Tomorrow it’s off to Rome. Looks like poor weather and Yesterday a 6.4-magnitude earthquake shattered some town about 60 miles NE of Caput Mundi… according to the news tremors were noticable in Rome .. of course pickings are slim these days, so journalists are making news out of practically nothing – I mean I’m sure the situation in L’Aquilla is deperate – but compared to Kobe and the one in Iran a few years back this one is small potatoes.

Regarding weather, it appears the seven (on average) days of precipitation in Rome in April appear to coincide nicely with our visit.  Of course no two weather services seem to agree on how much water we’ll get from above with weather.com being the most pessimistic and Sweden’s meterological something-something being the most positive: Go Sweden!!

Btw. we’re moving into this on June 1st. I don’t care much for the Flash-homepage thingy, but the apartment is pretty cool, twice the size of our present living quaters and has 69 square meters of roof terrace (is that English?!). And yes – it’s for us alone! I took some photos the other day for you to see here. Unfortunately the first couple of images are from the “demo apartment” – It’d have been nice to have the roof terrace furnished. Anyway, we’re thinking barbeque at our place all Summer :o)
